Keep Looking Up

Even when things look in alignment, we seem to have something outside that catches our eyes. Life is great right now in this very moment. I have my family, life, friends, and I’m in a beautiful place… but when I look up, I see a beautiful sky that I want to see more of. It’s not that I am not appreciative of what I see around me. Everything around me is beautiful, I just see so know there is more. Even though it’s just a glance, I’ll keep trying to experience that light and beautiful blue hue to the fullest capacity possible.

Life is a continuous journey but it is important to stop and appreciate the beauty around us. Like today. I had a mission at the High Museum of Art. But at time I had to stop and appreciate what was around me. And no matter what, my eyes seemed to glaze upward. “Keep looking up,” a wise man once told me when I was down and didn’t seem to see the light. So now take that everywhere I go and seem to discover even more beauty than what’s in front, behind, and beside me.
