One of Atlanta’s best kept secret…

Formally known as Toni Hull, is an Atlanta based artist originally from Nashville, Tennessee. She and her mother moved to Georgia, at the age of 2 years old, shortly after the death of Tone’s older brother and father. She spends most of her time in her studio creating and manifesting visions, utilizing anything she could obtain. These items could range from paint/aerosols, to found materials such as abandoned books and hardware. For some time, Tone lived in the countryside of Powder Springs, surrounded by pastures, animals and forests. She tells stories that foresee intuitive thoughts and emotions that many call spiritual paintings.

Tone’s most recent body of work explores the perspective of different psychologies through the means of metamorphic/double-sided imagery. Like the infamous ink blot test, this style emphasize the various interest and thoughts that we have in the deepest recesses of our minds.

She draws inspiration from her own everyday challenges and experiences as well as flowers, chaos, stream of conscious, stories of psychosis, tribalism, and animals. Her works have been exhibited and obtained by supporters in Amsterdam, Oregon, New York, and Georgia.
